Update: This app has changed drastically, as soon as a shift is posted you have to join a wait-list. I contact them about this and the response I get it's first come first serve however that's not the case because as soon as the shift pops I have to join a wait-list and every shift now requires you to do a application. I don't like this app anymore, I been trying to work for over a month and only was able to work one shift.

The sign up process is easy, there are a lot of shifts, I've only been able to grab 2, I applied on everything only to be put on a wait-list. I'll get a notification that a spot has opened up as soon as I go to it it just keeps spinning then I'm back on the wait-list. There has to be something wrong with the app.

Seems like an OK app but the shifts shown to me were over approximately an hour away by car, which is not feasible for most people. There is no way to select a range or radius from your profile zip code, nor is there any way to list multiple zip codes you're willing to work in. This seems to me like an obvious thing to include in an app like this, and yet it is absent.

It's very sad that I've been on this app for many months and not one shift worked. I've been fried from the cell radiation just staring at it for an update for your applied shift to not get a call for hours until I'm sleep from waiting so long to see if I'm going to work a shift. This is the only app I know like this and it's overwhelming to keep going through the same thing for a long time now. Please get your system together. Once you have so many batches cut it.
