It's a very good app but can I have the respect to get another line instead of me paying $55.00 a month can I get .40.00 or 35 unlimited payment amount a month
It works as intended. The only thing for me, the amount shown for my monthly plan did not reflect the actual amount I agreed upon purchase. I did speak to customer service who clarified the issue, but it means something if the amount on the app shows higher or different. Customer service versus relying on just on the app, always call customer service first.
I cant delete my other debit/credit cards .... it's says delete but it won't delete it ... but other then that it's ok
Total is good only if you keep autopay on and never try to make changes. been a customer for over 5 years and customer support has lost our numbers twice and we never got them back. took our rewards points to pay for service then did not apply the service, also will not let us get any kind of free new phones for our 4 lines saying it's only for new customers. I will be looking to switch companies and port my number to get us some new phones.
