Very useful with one fault. This is well written and very helpful with complex and extended trips. Easy access to information such as baggage allowance etc. Just one major issue - once you are actually traveling it doesn't jump to the current date when launching the app. As a result I ended up endlessly scrolling through weeks and weeks of travel details to get to the information I needed

The app is OK but the website is better. The app has fewer options so if you get chased to add documents but you can't see the option it's because the option isn't there. We were told to unininstall and reinstall the app but that doesn't work. You have to use a browser like Chrome and go into the website. You also have to log out of the app each time or it won't update. That's irritating but no big deal. I use the website as at least then you know the info is accurate.

I used to be able to use this app and log into my holiday details. Now when I go in, after the initial bright yellow 'front page' it goes blank. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app a couple of times but to no avail. Please help as we are due to go on our holiday soon!

Hopeless. Click on 'Flight Details' and it says 'There are no flights.' Click on 'e tickets' and it says 'Your ticket numbers will appear in due course' ( they never do). If you request help via the app you get no reply and have to phone the Trailfinders office instead. Trailfinders should not be encouraging people to download an app that makes their customers' experience worse rather that better, by creating unnecessary confusion and anxiety.
