Very easy to use banking app. Can check balances, make payments, all from the app. the only thing I wish it could do was for me to be able to assign categories to payments/accounts so that I can analyse my expenditure more easily.
I love it, but it is missing two very important things for me: 1- notifications after any transaction (this gives me a lot of confidence when paying with my triodos card and also can help detecting fraud) 2- it needs a simplified UI. It is very functional, but I feel that we've got the same information in many screens
Great! and important to know that what money i have is working for the good of all.
Like Triodos and the principles behind it. Like the theme of the app. However it's feel dated when having moved from Starling. Everything is hidden and lots of clicks away like direct debit. They don't seem to show the last payment amount. Standing orders are under upcoming. No biometric log on I can see. Can't share of copy my bank details which is no good and makes me anxious when copying details. Really needs some money on UX spent on it as I'm considering moving away just because of the app
Why oh why, in the mobile app, do I have to use the archaic and very tortuous user unfriendly digipass to transfer a not huge sum to another of my own accounts in another bank when it's already a verified payee? my partner has already switched banks because of this and I'm thinking of doing the same.
