About this app

Galaxia Invader: Alien Shooter solves the problem of monotony in the Game Arcade category by offering a thrilling space-themed shooter experience, benefiting gamers seeking action-packed entertainment. With over 1 million downloads and a 4.5-star rating, it stands out for its engaging gameplay and regular updates, comparing favorably to alternatives like Galaxy Attack and Space Shooter. However, its reliance on ads and in-app purchases may deter some users. The app's simplicity and lack of permissions requested are notable advantages.

Pros

  • The app's high user rating of 4.5 stars and over 1 million downloads demonstrate its popularity and social proof, indicating a well-designed and enjoyable gaming experience.
  • The developer, Tee Studio, has a professional website and email contact, suggesting a commitment to customer support and updates, which is reassuring for users.
  • The game's offline capability and lack of permissions requested make it a secure choice for users concerned about data privacy and security.
  • The regular updates, as indicated by the version number 1.7.0, show that the developer is actively maintaining and improving the app, which is a significant advantage over less maintained alternatives.
  • The app's small size and compatibility with Android 8.0 and above make it accessible to a wide range of devices, including older models.

Cons

  • The presence of ads may disrupt the gaming experience, and the option for in-app purchases ranging from $0.99 to $99.99 per item could lead to unintended spending, especially for younger players.
  • The app's simplicity, while a plus for some, might be a drawback for gamers seeking more complex or strategic gameplay, as it may become repetitive over time.
  • The lack of information about the developer's data collection practices, despite not requesting permissions, raises some privacy concerns and the need for transparency.
  • The app's performance on lower-end devices or with multiple apps running in the background could be affected, potentially leading to lag or crashes.

Best for: The ideal user for Galaxia Invader: Alien Shooter is likely a casual gamer aged 13 and above, with a medium to high level of technical skill, seeking a fun, action-packed space shooter experience that can be played in short sessions, and who is comfortable with the presence of ads and optional in-app purchases.

Ok. I was loving this game. You can "rent" any ship to use on a level by using coins you've accumulated, which I thought was awesome, because it helps you get past the levels easier using the stronger ships so that you can actually reach certain levels to "unlock" them in the hanger. So, I finally reach level 25 and unlocked the ship I wanted. I go back to the next level and you STILL HAVE TO PAY TO USE THE SHIP AT EACH LEVEL!!! WTH?! If it's unlocked it should be able to be used! Trash!!!

lvl 24 boss has a attack that seems to be unavoidable. it throws out a bunch of arrows that cover entire half of screen and follows u all around until they hit u. how the hell do u avoid them ? it also doesn't help that in missions we only get one life, even the expensiv ships have no defense no shields, one and done. the grind is incredibly tedious u hav to play past missions over and over again constantly. but what I hate most is the kamikaze ships that crash themselves into u, vry frustrating

Awful. It won't save my progress no matter how many times I play. But the worst part is I cannot get past stage 11 with all of the falling astroids because that level never gives me any upgrades, not a single ship or weapon upgrade but the astroids get tougher to destroy and they come faster and faster with each wave. Uninstalling this app immediately.
