When I open the application TVS connect Middle East I just get your bike is getting ready and the application doesn't open I had try to uninstall and reinstall and I didn't open can anyone help

most of the time it crashes and it doesn't use google maps it have its own GPS the doesn't work properly and most of the time even if it is connected it doesn't record your ride data and i doesn't show the distance traveld by the vehicle so far
