Have you even looked at your reviews? They have gone down very quickly!!! Pay attention to your users!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Stop using this system!!! Don't purchase. No support, no support!!! Been installed for 5 years. Doesn't connect on mobile reliably. Maybe since last update, not sure. I can scan and connect, but next day it will not connect. Turn system off and on and connection works. Then next day can not connect!!! makes the system unusable!!!

Absolutely useless! I have tried numerous times to log in and NOTHING, even though I follow the instructions. We are in mid season, the times when we need the cameras and apparently, the cameras have been down for months. Not good when marinas and clubs include "24/7/365 coverage of the clubs, boats and river entrance" as one of their contractual obligations and selling points. Very poor standards indeed.
