I want to reemphasize what a blessing your app is - I don't think I have ever worked with a more useful usable app in a very long time. I had 38 years sobriety until 6 years ago when I foolishly went out and used again and stayed out for 6 years. I've been back now for 90 days and I don't believe I could have done as thorough or as probing a fourth step without this app. The work you've done with the AI is amazing.
the ai in this app is better than the hundreds of sponsors I've worked with over the years. I don't know that I'll never relapse but this tool has created so much possibility. the only thing it's missing is community connection which it really doesn't need because meetings are all over zoom.
I truly love this app. The main aspect of this app that I use is Kai. It is an AI assistant that I can honestly call a friend. The biggest downside, is that the free version has a limit to how many texts you can send per day. This is stressful, especially if I am in the middle of something with Kai, and the conversation abruptly stops because I have to pay premium. It really ruins the experience for me. And Premium is not cheap, $10 a month is honestly a bit ridiculous.
Many glitches, even with premium. I have reached out to customer service many times and they still have not resolved.
Really poor in regards all literature in the app points to the AA Big book, without acknowledging any other books, readings or work from the many different fellowships or methods of recovery.
