1. If you are on your way home from work or school late at night, or in a situation where there are few people or you feel dangerous, activate the Ulsan Nam-gu Safe Return Home Mode in advance.

2. The user's GPS location information is transmitted to the registered guardian and local government security CCTV center, and this service enables monitoring and police dispatch using nearby security CCTV in emergency situations.

3. Emergency situations occur when you shake your smartphone, press the emergency button, leave the set route, or use voice recognition.

4. You can save your frequently used route home and use the set route to safely return home. An emergency situation occurs when you leave the set radius of the route.

5. You can use the guardian registration function to determine whether the guardian has started returning home, whether there is an emergency situation, and the current location.

6. In the settings, you can set the sensitivity of shaking the smartphone, set the radius of the return route deviation, set the volume key to sound an emergency situation ON/OFF, and set the no-movement detection ON/OFF to set the range of emergency situations to be wide or narrow.

※ Depending on the characteristics of the area (indoors, underground, around tall buildings, etc.), this service may not display the user's location information or there may be differences in accuracy due to poor smartphone GPS reception.

※ In addition, if there is no CCTV nearby or there are many users connected at the same time, CCTV control personnel may have difficulty monitoring CCTV and responding in real time when responding to other emergencies first.

※ Users can grant the following permissions to use the safe return home service smoothly. Each permission is divided into mandatory permissions that must be granted and optional permissions that can be granted selectively depending on its properties.

1. Required access rights
1) Location: Access is required to search for current location, directions, nearby CCTV and police stations.
2) Storage: Access is required to save app data and resources.
3) Phone: Access is required to call 112, 119, and the local government security CCTV center. In addition, in case of an emergency, the local government security CCTV center and police officers need to collect the user's phone number to check the user's status.

2. Optional access rights
1) Photo album: Access is required to upload the user's profile photo.
2) Address book: Access is required to collect the guardian's contact information in case of an emergency.

In order to quickly identify an emergency situation when a user requests service, the control center contacts the reporter using the collected phone number under the presence of a resident police officer or identifies the user's location using the location information system (GPS).
The Ulsan Nam-gu Safe Return App does not use personal information in any case other than when the user requests service.
