GarSync Sports Assistant (abbreviated as "GarSync") is a sports-related mobile application. It is not a product of Garmin Ltd., but was independently developed by a group of enthusiastic Garmin power users to address the pain points they encountered while managing sports data across multiple apps.

Core Functionality

The core function of GarSync lies in resolving data synchronization issues between different sports apps, enabling one-click data sync. Currently, it supports data interoperability across more than 23 sports app accounts, including:

* Garmin (China Region & Global Region), Coros, Suunto, Zepp;
* Strava, Intervals.icu, Apple Health, Fitbit, Peloton;
* Zwift, MyWhoosh, Wahoo, Ride with GPS, CyclingAnalytics;
* iGPSport, Blackbird Cycling, Xingzhe, Magene/Onelap;
* Keep, Codoon, Joyrun, Tulip, as well as importing data copies from Huawei Health;
And the list of supported apps is continuously expanding.

Flexible Data Import & Export

GarSync supports importing FIT files (sports activity records) sent or shared by other cycling computer apps into Garmin devices. It also allows exporting Garmin's sports records and cycling routes in formats like FIT, GPX, and TCX for easy sharing with friends. Sharing cycling routes has never been this simple!

Practical Sports Tools

GarSync also offers a suite of practical sports-related tools, such as:
