My account was automatically renewed and I was charged for another month of this app while I don't use it. I sent an email asking for a refund but haven't been refunded after almost 2 weeks. I have also not been assisted by their support team and received an automated response. I really dislike apps which scam people out of their money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. I inadvertently selected the personal coach add-on, and as soon as I realised, I contacted them to cancel and request a refund. Despite contacting them numerous times, they have gone silent, and there is no refund in sight. Then a week ago, I recieved ntice that US$109 had been deducted from my account. On querying, they denied even having my email address on their database! They are crooks, steer clear!!! I would give zero stars if possible.
