It's good and handy to have the QR code there ready to scan when boarding, however there's no option to log in on the app, so every time you book, you have to fill in your details like it's the first time you've used it, however it does store the e-ticket. A log in to save a lot of repetitive filling out on purchase would be an improvement

It could be the best transport service but unfortunately there are some big issues. The drivers are very rude/arrogant. I have experienced poor behaviour from 3 of the drivers. My most experience was on the 22/12/2025. I booked a trip on the app from Leicester to Nottingham. The driver was very rude. He can't answer a straight question and when he answers any , it's like the passengers are trespassing his private property

App doesn't show the updated leaving time on booked tickets if the schedule has changed. Very meh. 😒

Doesn't allow you to register the app. Every single time behaves as if it is the first time. You go to your tickets and it is empty. You go to past journeys and it is empty. To know anything about your ticket you need the booking number. There is no point in having the app. You go directly to the website and find everything easier and quicker. I am giving 1 point, which is 1 point too much.
