It was terrible, dropping calls, dead spots in the city, etc. So i called tech service and they had me remove some options... NOW I have 95-98% service! NO company can provide more than that. So...if you're experiencing issues, i encourage you to call TECH SUPPORT for better service. I'm now happy with the price for the service! Yay!

I have been using ultra for 3 years, and it's good for my use. Every time I travel abroad, it's been useful for immediate use if needed, and if I have extra international credit on my account. The reason I gave only 4 stars is coz I have found i have no signal when I travel in remote places within USA.

When I get my Service Running, the Last thing I would Need... is Another Cheap Phone Service !?! But I Gave a Couple More ⭐'s for Answering Friendly - & Quick... So if for some Reason I Do Need a Second Cheap Phone Service, Ultra = the Second Cheap Phone for me 👍

Well, I was told they would refund $40 and they only refunded me half and left half ($20) in that " Wallet" thing. That was after3 frustrating calls to customer service. It is the year 2025, Ultra Mobile should be able to do split payments!!! In fact I KNOW you can, it is not that difficult to put half of one's payment on one payment type and half of one's payment on another payment type.And don't tell me "you don't have a way to do that"Lazy!You're a bad company if you don't put in that effort!

I'm about to switch cellular service providers because when it comes time to charging my card for auto renewal it has no problem but it's been 24 hours later and my service is Dead. I paid for the Ultra Unlimited+ which comes with 25gb of mobile Hotspot. welp, my plan hasn't been renewed. so now I can't work and I'm losing money. Now I'm thinking about taking them to small claims court for the damages that have been caused by their service (Horrible service). Oh and now the app doesn't even work
