I paid for the ad-free package but am still being offered ads, which I find baffling. I'm assuming that the ad-free package is a one-time payment thing, but there was nothing to really indicate that To the developers: I would rather buy the game and have a relaxing, ad-free experience than to put up with all of the obnoxious ads. The option to buy up front with no further "ad" offers would be great! 🌻 Aside from that, I would rate it 5 stars.

Unable to receive rewards because the ads will not open. I am already 50 levels in and have not been able to earn any rewards, this is very frustrating.

Even with the sound OFF, the music comes blasting on with EVERY ad. And there are a lot of ads; very few for the first 10 or so levels and then they are very frequent and are 60 sec. Several take you through 3 pages to exit once ad is over. Could be worth more stars if the ads were so ridiculous.
