The Västtrafik app is great—easy to use and very helpful! I appreciate the 20% student discount, but even with that, the price for Zone AB is still quite expensive for students who are making a living. A more affordable option or a bigger discount for students would make a big difference. Otherwise, the service is fantastic!

The app works great, but please add some kind of short distance tickets. I often only need 2 or 3 stops and paying the same as going somewhere for 90min isn't great...

Great for looking up connections but useless for buying tickets if you're a foreigner without Swedish payment options. Tried several times with different cards, always got an error.

Lately this app has been using INSANE amounts of battery with almost no screen time, I'm using a Sony Xperia 1 mark VI. I have all the recent updates for both apps and os version. Please help.

It got worst. Now the app goes offline all the time. I buy a ticket and after a while the app goes offline displaying a message that the service at the moment is not available... Well if a controller comes I cannot even show my ticket, it's gonna be fun. But the worse is that I cannot check what bus I need to take and when. Not even their website is working. Such a shame considered how expensive a ticket is. Now I understand all the people that are not paying.
