The app is ok. It works fine, let's me easily set up my schedules and boost if needed. The icon logo and name are terrible though. Vallant have a strong brand so why ignore? And for what? ERELAX which sounds like a brand of laxatives and vSMART sounds like it's a tablet for kids made by VTech. Just call the app Vaillant and use your rabbit logo.

I've been using this app for 4 years now, hoping that there will be some improvement (upgrade) in future, but still nothing noticable. As someone allready mentioned it it is very strange for company like Vaillant isn't capable producing a solid app that simply works. Unintuitive heating schedule, messed up operating graphs, no history for outside temperature...the list goes on and on.

Been using this for years and it works ok. The app is a bit clumsy and unreliable. It's a bit annoying when the app states my gateway is unreachable and suggests the problem is my end. My house has a number of smart devices and switches which never report problems, my Internet is good and the gateway very close to my router. The problem is that your servers are unreliable. Please add server status to avoid confusion.

When it works, it's great. But I find the app very 'glitchy'. I've reported to Vaillant each time with screenshots but nothing changes. The app tells me I'm not connected to the Internet (I am), or that gateway is unreachable. Its happening too frequently now and I'm finding it incredibly frustrating.
