It is one of the best app and I am using since 1 month. It is very useful for continuing exercises at home in the absence of therapist. Videos are with proper guidance and clarity. It is been very useful to me and I am very happy about it.
have an option to input exercise weights as sometimes they're increased weekly
one of the worst apps I've ever used. I have to keep logging in. it's the only app I know which doesn't accept BitWarden input. it's the only app I know that demands frequent logging in with no biometrics option. Then, every time I do an exercise I have to rate it, which is unnecessary. it should be optional not forced. Also, I get reminders after I have completed the exercises for the day - no intelligence at all. I tried to send this as feedback, but got a server error. Bad UX
What I really need is to be able access and log my exercise routine quickly and without hassle, as part of my daily routine. The app falls short on this issue: 1. From time to time I find the app has inexplicably signed me out and I must log in again. (Why?) 2. Strong passwords are enforced. 3. Login on the app does not work well with my phone's password manager, or my preferred password manager. (Argh!) There's no web/desktop client either. Boo.
I have been using this app over a year. The only issue is that it doesn't enable you to save your password in the app so you need to enter it everytime. This is very frustrating and if I get into the app I'll just screenshot the exercises as it's too difficult to keep resetting passwords.
