Welcome to the ledger program

In addition to ease of use, this program provides you with:
1- Recording your debts and debts that you or you owe.
2- Completing aggregate accounts automatically.
3- A group of reports that save you effort and time
4- Share accounts via Bluetooth or social networking sites.
5- A search/order function that enables quick and easy access.
6- The feature of exporting and importing the database.

Add amount:
By clicking on the Add Amount (+) button:
The Add Process screen will appear:
Enter the name (if it is new) or choose the name from the list that will appear after printing the first letter of the name.
You can also specify the date of the operation by clicking on the date which has today's date as the default value.
After clicking on the Save button, the added history will appear where you can click and hold, to show you the edit and delete button.

Account closing:
This feature enables you to delete all records of transactions registered for any name and collect them in one transaction that contains the final balance.
Click on the name in the main menu. On the details page, click on the Settings button and then on the “Close Balance” option.

Reports:
The ledger contains a set of analytical reports that save you effort and time.
You can access the reports by clicking on the Settings button on the main page.

search:
You can search for (word, date, amount) or part of it. You can employ the search feature to filter the data, for example, you can get the operations of the month of February only by entering the text "2016-02" in the search box.

Ranking:
This feature enables you to redisplay the data in the desired order by clicking on the column name. One click will be in ascending order and the other in descending order.

Delete/modify data:
Long clicking on the name or any specific process that allows you to edit or delete. By clicking on the edit or delete icon at the top of the screen.

Database Protection (Backup):
If your device is lost or damaged, God forbid.... What should be done?
It is very important to keep a backup copy of your data from time to time.
From the main menu there is an option to "save a backup copy", which enables you to share the database via Bluetooth, social networking programs or e-mail.
On the other hand, there is an option "Restore Database" which enables you to restore a previously saved copy.
Note: It is always better to make a backup copy before restoring.
