We offer you access to quality medical services, from wherever you are, whenever you need it. Among the services are:

- Telemedicine: real-time video consultation with a doctor from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- Phone call with a general doctor 24 hours a day.
- Medication Request - SM
- Letter of Endorsement Request - CA
- Primary Medical Care - AMP

Using this application you can also request an in-person medical consultation, wherever you are, and/or an ambulance in case of medical emergencies. The services are subject to availability of access in the areas where it is required.

The service is available in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, every day of the year and subject to availability of access in the area where it is required.
