After last update, I am seeing an error while paying from the card. when I am clicking on Pay Now -> Debit/Credit Card -> Popup appears that we will charge 2.somethign % extra in this mode of payment. After clicking on yes I am seeing error screen
The app is not working, I have tried multiple times but it always shows the same error of the internet connection problem.
I am a Pakistani living abroad. I was hoping that this application would provide timely bill information. No follow up on Complaints. Need to visit customer care physically even after doing Complaints via app or on call. Secondly, app is not opening. it's showing, your phone internet connection is not working. Even my Internet is working fine. Why app is not opening? it's a bug.
