This is a subscription-type villa brand based on the concept of "The Great Good Place."
By registering as a member (initial fee 0 yen, fixed monthly fee), you can stay at VX according to your ideal way of spending your time, whether it's a new work environment on weekdays or a place to rest on holidays.

VX is conveniently located 90 minutes from the city center and offers a ``Village'' for people living in the city as a third place environment other than their home or workplace.
You can stay at various bases in Japan for a fixed fee rather than renting or purchasing real estate. You are not tied to one base and can easily decide where to stay according to your purpose and mood.

Where is a truly comfortable place, neither an everyday home nor an extraordinary vacation? I thought that a place that fosters peace of mind is what we need right now.
In this era where the boundaries between hotels and villas are disappearing and the bases for staying are diversifying, we have redefined the form of resort that is needed today, and what we have arrived at is the original origin of the word resort. The word resort is a combination of the words "re", which means "again", and "sort", an abbreviation of the French word "sortir", which means "to go out".
We believe that resorts, which are ``places you visit again and again,'' create peace of mind and peace of mind, and we created VX as a place where this can be achieved on a daily basis in modern times.

As defined by the concept "The Great Good Place," the planned development site for VX emphasizes a private space where you can spend time relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and in addition to a quiet natural environment, it has a moderate urban feel. The location was selected based on the theme. Within 5 kilometers from the site, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, leisure spots, and more to meet your stay needs.
The villa has large windows that bring in the pleasant natural scenery into the room, creating an open feeling. In addition to a highly functional space design that allows you to spend a comfortable time whether you are traveling alone or in a group, we offer spacious beds that give you a resort-like feel, clean water facilities, a workspace where you can concentrate on work, and a high-speed Wi-Fi environment that you can enjoy in the city center. We provide a private space where you can experience an atmosphere that cannot be experienced elsewhere.
