The Youforce App is the HR app with which you can quickly and easily arrange all your HR matters. This way you always have insight into your own profile information and direct access to important HR documents, such as your pay slip, employment contract and annual statement.

The Youforce App offers many more options! The additional features in the app depend on the policy and choices of your employer. Therefore, ask your employer what options are available to you.

What can you do with the Youforce App? (depending on your employer)
- Days worked: Simply indicate which days you work from home and when you travel to the office and the correct travel expenses and home work allowances will be automatically calculated and paid out through your salary.
- Claim expenses: Take a photo of your receipt and the app immediately fills in the amount and date. Click on 'Submit' and your declaration will be sent to your manager for approval.
- Declare business kilometers: Record your departure and arrival location, and the app automatically calculates the distance and includes it in the declaration.
- Insight into your contract details: View details such as your contract hours, salary scale, seniority, gross salary and department.
- Change contact details: Adjust your address or other contact details yourself, for example if you move.
- Request leave: Easily submit your leave request via the app and track the status of your request.
- Sick and recovery reports for managers: Managers can easily report employees sick and recovery via the app – quickly and efficiently!
- View HR documents: Access to your employment contract, salary slip and annual statement via 'My file'.
