From the moment your hospitalization is announced, Vivalto Santé takes care of you alongside the teams at your facility.
For you or a minor for whom you are the legal representative, you can easily schedule all appointments related to hospitalization, provide your information, easily prepare for a stay by completing the pre-admission form (an essential step for admission), and choose your hotel services (room, additional services), regardless of the type of care (outpatient, day hospitalization, or full hospitalization).
The Vivalto Santé Patient Area is also your reminder: it provides appointment reminders, procedure-related instructions, and anything else you might need during your stay.

The day before your stay, you'll be asked to complete the medical questionnaire, which will be sent instantly to your facility.

With the Vivalto Santé Patient Area, everything is ready. On the day of your stay, you'll arrive more relaxed and well-prepared. This means less stress and more peace of mind as you take care of your health.

After your stay, you'll be asked to complete the post-operative medical questionnaire to support you throughout your recovery.
Your data is monitored by a nurse for personalized remote care. Your primary care physician is also informed in real time about your hospitalization. They can share any information related to your hospitalization with their colleagues (other medical contacts, for example, a practitioner who is treating you for your procedure in addition to your primary care physician).

The Vivalto Santé app is available throughout metropolitan France, on smartphones and tablets, or even directly via your web browser from the Vivalto Santé Group website > Patient Area. You can find a facility and its contact information, find a practitioner and contact them, or even make an appointment online.
