Maker account able to make transfer request. However Approver account cannot see the request at all. No one responded to email for days and tried calling hotline and no one answered as well. Very distruptive for business as not able to pay suppliers and salary. Didn't expect the system of a well known bank to be this weak. Use at own risk.
