Rehras Sahib is the combination of Banies from Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and Shri Dasham Granth Ji and it consists bani of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Shri Guru Amar Das Ji, Shri Guru Ram Das Ji, Shri Guru Arjun Dev Ji and Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

Rehras Sahib is evening Bani of Sikhs, Sikhs recite this Bani after performing their day to day tasks, during the time of sunset. This Bani is to thank God for giving them time to recite the Bani and complete their day successfully. This Bani gives them strength and motivates them when they feel stressed physically or mentally.
This Bani contains all physiological phenomenon in it which, explains the importance of Naam Simran to the person who read it. Rehras Sahib makes a person fearless and stress-free by informing them that Almighty is always with them in every situation. Rehras Sahib is included in the everyday routine of Sikhs so that it would help them to stay calm and strong in every kind of problem or difficulty.
