Waaay better than the main competitor, Klarna. No bloat, no junk, no apparent user-violating tracking, easier payments, more clear user interface and overall user experience. I always choose this option when given a choice.

Seems easy to use, but I wish there was an option to change the app to English. I hope it's something that's added in the future

Works and is pretty clear and all that, but I hate that I have to sign in with bank authentication every time. Please cache that somehow!

Requires BankId every time. Should support biometric login once logged in the first time.

Terrible service and app. It's not clear what you've paid and what is outstanding. The app lists your payment history and has marked the paid for transactions as being part of an unfinished payment plan, so you have to look at your bank account to confirm that it's been paid. I contacted customer service with this point and they did nothing about it as I think they are limited on their side as to how they can mark payments. I didn't get any clear answers. No more Walley for me, I'm done.
