This is not an issue with the watch face itself.

It is recommended to customize the watch face directly on the watch until Samsung resolves this issue.

It contains 3 Preset App shortcuts, 2 customizable shortcuts, steps (changebale), heart rate, 4 customizable complications where you can have the data you prefer like weather, barometer, uv index, chanche of rain etc.. Big numbers.

This watch face supports all Wear OS devices with API Level 33+ (Wear OS 4 and later versions) like Samsung Galaxy Watch 4-8, Ultra, Pixel Watch etc.

I really liked the look of this watch face but when i tried to customise the colors and optional customisations they would not save after multiple attempts and now when I tap customise through the samsung wearable app it just shows a loading wheel in the center of the screen constantly. (Any help appreciated and can edit rating). Also tried customising the face via the watch and it does not save or stop blinking but thanks anyway.
