Can't rate these guys high enough, from start to finish - price offered, ease of delivery, tracking via the app, updates, price offered and time taken - all far better than their competitors and I have used 3 of the other big names. impressed by speed of processing and payout - 5 days. Royal mail pickup great. Difficult to get to minimum £7.50 as payments small. Struggled with no barcode books being recognised.

Found the App easy enough to use (providing you give the right app permissions). Processing times are slower than other competitors (took 9 working days after confirmation from Evri of delivery before any formal acknowledgement; on the other hand, they did make payment on same day as processing). Admittedly I could have chased them beforehand. Offer prices seem to vary between competitors, so it's worthwhile checking with more than one site if you're looking for best price).

Have used WeBuyBooks many times in the past and they were always very quick to payout. However, over the past year, processing times have become very slow. Despite delivery tracking showing that my parcels have been delivered to WeBuybooks, my last 3 trades have remained unchecked for the subsequent 7 days and have only been processed when I email in to chase. Positives are that they tend to offer better prices on some books.

I've used this app quite a few times over the past year or more. They reject high value books saying their damaged when they are new. Something brewing in the background as there has been an issue with processing the books before would take average two weeks now it takes 10 weeks to get payment. Staff can be unhelpfull Been waiting several weeks now for a postage slip but they won't give one
