This app is very good and has helped me a lot , however the downside is not having an efficient customer service for the pros to communicate with , it's hard to reach anyone to speak about a complaint or get an issue resolved . And also the clients lay complaints without much verification , it is assumed that the pro is guilty .... please the pros requires a lot of transparency before a conclusion is made ......
I've just started the process but it seems to be good for people who are looking for flexible working hours.
It's a good app. It took a while to get bookings, but after 1 month I have loads of new clients. Good for a side hustle or to gain experience, but £12.50-13 an hour is poor. some aspects are in french so I can't view the help documents (this is being addressed by IT I've been told) so have to constantly ask someone for help on the chat. I will say, it has a nice dashboard showing your earnings for the month and how many offers you have but the app is slow to load and sends me old notifications.
It is vey good for flexibility. Most of the time I've encountered very nice clients but if you ever need assistance they are really bad. On the app, there is only a robot with limited amount of selections and no additional email provided on contact us section. It makes it almost impossible to sort out an issue wich makes it feel you're kind on your own. I've been using the app for over an year to work and after many updates of the app this is still an issue. A robot doesn't do the work.
I was happy when a friend introduced me to wecasa, but as time went by, I regretted working with them. I don't know if I should say they have poor workers' management. There is no phone to call to ask for anything that is of concern, forgetting that their are things you can express by taking than going to their app. They take the word of their clients than their pros that are working for them. Honestly, they should do better with their Pros and their app. Poor!
