How could I recover my private key??any suggestions for that issue??I tried to contact in your customer service but until now no response at all.,please help me to resolve that issue thanks.. your new update private key is not good,.how we memorize it??and what the purpose of our own password?.can u fix that issue..is not good.,thank u

What in the world is going on with this app? Everytime I tried to login, it keeps asking for the private key, which I can't recall what it was when I first created my wallet. Now I cannot access it and becomes useless. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one having this kind of problem with this app. 2.3 stars ratings on your app from millions of users explains a lot.
