Was given a gift card , and so we downloaded the app. We made two orders, from two different restaurants. The app was a joy to use, easy to make our order, and to track the orders. The service fees aren't exactly cheap, but to be able to order from some of our favorite restaurants we wouldn't normally be able to is worth the extra cost on occasion. Everything was flawless!

Never have a problem with delivery. But, it would be a lot more helpful if all the choices had pictures. Many of them are just the name of the dish and an empty white box. I've had 2 different phones in over a year and the wife has had 3, all phones we've had are seeing the same thing so it can't be a "phone" issue. Brands we've had were apple, Samsung and Google. 5th star when all choices have pictures.

Great app but expensive

I ordered 15 dollars worth of food and after delivery/service charge/tip/tax it came to 29 dollars. That's basically double the price ontop of upcharged menu items in the app. This app is how you go broke with takeout.

The performance in the app is slow. Restaurants frequently cancel orders due to 'being too busy'. The operators of the app need to hold businesses accountable. Moreover, there are many design flaws in the app.
