quick and easy to use
you have to pay bill through custom amount selection. Total amount due does not work.
The mobile app was working great up until the last week or two, when they started updating stuff. I can't even get into it to check any part of my bill. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Just switched to Gexa in the ever spinning roulette of Texan energy providers. Got the app to make things easier. Went to register my account in the app, when it asked for my birthdate the form filed expects a xx/xx/xxxx input but only gives a numerical input without the '/' symbol, every time I got to the third digit the app crashed (tried 3 times to the same crash). So I went to website to do it and got to the "send a text to confirm" step and the website never sent it. Great start with Gexa.
app no longer works with galaxy s23. doesnt remember that i enabled touch id so i keep having to enter password, and became extremely slow to login, sometimes just timing out. i think it might be on purpose to make it harder to track power usage since most of their plans heavily incentivize hitting a set amount of power per month, and being under or a bit over results in large bill increase.
