Great app. I cannot believe it's free (thanks to the beta-tester programme). Some great points: Most activities are short and clearly worded. No lengthy "onboarding". You can choose ANY of the activities at any time, not just follow a "programme". But at the same time there are suggestions based on your profile / chosen focus. The real-life examples and step-by-step guided exercises are really helpful.

Short, sharp bite size exercises that enables you to achieve each exercise easier. You can finish a program, feel accomplished then be confident in moving onto the next programme.

It is a great app. It will be 5 stars if they can fix the below: 1. The change of Focus Area can stick. No matter what changes you make, it reverts to the very first focus area you chose when you downloaded the app. 2. If it shows that you have completed a focus area. You can see the progress as 15/15 and it still won't register that it is complete.

I wish I got into good habits more easily but I had to uninstall this because not only did I have issues in trying to make this a thing to do even for once a week (and it was maybe a sponsored ad leading me to it over a year) but my device care or wellbeing app notified me that this an app crashing and to put in a deep sleep because it was full of bugs or something to that effect. Maybe next time I'll try again, and it's more than another family member's health issues also affecting my own.

After having and using an account for some time, my access was revoked without any notice. Repeated emails and even reviews here have all been met with being completely ignored. Have sent 4 emails and tried to evoke some help with previous reviews, nothing has helped. Today I got another promotional email from them so they must Still exist...even if they clearly have no interest in me using the app anymore. A disappointing & frustrating end to my user experience
