Whenever withdrawing iota (since it has the minimum amount for withdrawal), it always says "Sorry, your withdrawal failed. Please try again later." This keeps persisting for several days from now. Please fix this problem since your support team is useless—I don't know if the support read email inquiries from players yet whenever a player gives a review about the game—the feedback players receive from the game is thanks etc.. and often mentions the support email. Is 101 WINR credits the maximum?
