Do NOT use this app. An absolute scam. Services are not helpful but I thought oh well I purchased for a year I will not renew. They auto renewed my account at the year mark after sending me an email saying to log in to the app to see what's new for the year. I thought it would be asking me if I wanted to renew. I NEVER choose auto renew on a subscription like this. Anyway they charged my card today. Of course I went into the app to see how to contact them. They say this means no refund. NOT OK
