I just started playing this word game today and I really like it but it gets stuck on ads to where I can't get back in the game and there's nowhere to delete it or go backward to get into the game plus your game is lagging so bad that it takes the joy out of playing

Lately the daily challenge sometimes has letters that make words that are so obscure, I checked to see if there was a setting for English that I had missed. It's like random letters have been thrown together eg a while ago I had 'Q', but there wasn't a 'U'.
