When I get alerts and tap on them, the topic of the alert is not there

Works okay but it's alert notification system is very nagging and annoying. It pops up the alert. I dismiss it. 30secs or sooner later it pops up again. Does this over and over until you have to completely shut the app notifications off. I think once per alert is sufficient.

I don't want another app. I just want to check the weather like I always have to see what they say the weather is going to be. I have 7 news and that always had the weather but now if you click the weather on there it brings you to this to download this app. No thanks.
