The Xentral Inventory app is a comprehensive solution for efficient inventory management in modern warehouse environments. Barcode and QR Code Scanning:
The app enables fast and accurate inventory counting by scanning barcodes and QR codes. On Zebra and Honeywell devices, the camera scanning function also supports the use of the devices' built-in hardware 2D imagers.

Batch Management:
The app supports batch counting for appropriately configured items (configured in the item master data of the Xentral ERP system). This facilitates the tracking and management of inventory by production batch, which is particularly crucial for traceability and quality control.

Best-before date recording:
The application enables the recording of best-before date items that have been set accordingly in the Xentral ERP system. This item is managed in both batch and best-before dates.

Serial number recording:
Enter serial numbers manually or by scanner for seamless traceability. Simply activate the mode and assign barcodes.

Support for multiple hardware devices:
The app is compatible with specialized MDE devices from manufacturers such as Zebra, Honeywell, and Sunmi. This integration optimizes the inventory process by supporting the hardware 2D imagers built into the devices, further increasing the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.
