the darn app is down a lot and i can't submit my payment. when I click online it reroute back to the main page which is out. called in can't get an agent on the phone. ugh do better. I wasn't having any problems for a while not this and the reception has been spotty. 😡😡😡😡

Terrible. Absolutely NEVER works. I can never refill my prepaid services on the app or on the website. I received a promotional email but have not been able to receive the gift despite doing what I needed to do. I called customer service and that was a joke as well. After four calls, someone finally told me to try doing what the email said on the day the promotion expires. update on 6.9.25. the app is still terrible. never works. the automated phone option to pay is terrible too, no other way
