Having a great time playing this game. purchases are optional but some items you can't get unless you do buy them. But I don't really need them to play, having fun without completing every challenge. if it was a flat fee, I would consider it, but I hate to buy something that is going away in a day or week. They do have a monthly option for $5 that gives you more things, I might do that. But then the game costs me $60 a year. We'll see, I do like the game, but sometimes it throws tooooo many thi.

UPDATE: IF WE HAVE TO MAKE THINGS, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE RESOURCES ARE READILY AVAILABLE. CAN'T GET WOOD IF THERE ARE NO TREES TO CHOP. and make each thing cost the same energy. rocks =20, trees=30, bushes=15. right now it is this tree is 10 but that one is 45. it's a bit annoying. not bad but somewhat. and you still have to spend money to get the map to show where chests are. that hasn't changed.

I like the game, but when I watch the ads to get energy etc off the dock, the ads freeze, giving only the option to install. there is an x, but no matter how many times you push it it stays until you close out the game. walmart ad works fine, farm heroes and another game ad steal my items, and they don't come back. I even tried the interactive part of the ad and it still won't close and give you your reward.

I like the game but I do not like all of the forced events and guild stuff. I do NOT want to join a stupid guild and I'm not seeing a way to continue playing for much longer without having to join one. So I guess my time playing the game is just about up. Too bad as I was enjoying the actual gameplay, but I will not join and I'm not paying to create my own guild.

Opting to view an ad for miscellaneous extras is a fair proposition. Then it became 2 ads, which was a pain in the neck! Today, it's 3 ADS! That's going too far! It isn't worth the frustration of watching 3 ads at a time! 😡
