Pretty good except for Battery Life...that's not good at all...you would be lucky to get 14 hours. Considering it's being used to track your Child it's disappointing. Other than that it's a pretty simple concept and my child likes it...

The GPS is not accurate. One of our devices was replaced after 2 days when the camera stopped working. Charging is temperamental, and battery drains very quickly. it's a good concept, but the tech and app could do with improvements

It's adequate but could certainly do with some work. Three feature requests that I would suggest. 1. When sending a message from the app, you need auto capitalised of the first word in a new sentence 2. It's strange to allow children to send voice notes but not write custom text messages. Would recommend enabling this 3. Messages written in the app, which are longer than one line need to be wrapped (as with most messenger platforms) instead of scrolling to the right (infinitely).

Received a notification that I had to update the app due to a data breach or something. Since the update, I don't receive any notifications for messages from my child, or even when they switch the watch on or off. Unless I physically go into the app and check, I receive no information whatsoever. This is unacceptable for a safety device! The settings on my phone allow notifications. I have contacted xplora and haven't received a response. Terrible, especially as the watch was so expensive!
