This is a five-star product. The base station easily connects to wifi, and sensors are easy to connect to the base. The app itself is simple and informative. I had given it a one-star rating because the app showed that the base station had disconnected from wifi, and needed to be manually reconnected, making this not suitable for remote use. Within a day, I was contacted that it was being addressed, and this morning it was resolved. THANK YOU.

Everything works fine. However I deduct 1 point for the app allowing 10 thermo-hygrometers only.

How do we disable the notifications when the base station switches access points (base offline / online)? Every time we use the microwave oven we now get these notifications - never did before. It's really annoying, especially since you didn't add a notification channel for them, so they can't be disabled.

constantly warning note Not updated in realtime seems to have been reduced on temp sensors. today only twice it popped up before you can even start to review info...may or may not do it on all my six sensors, multiple times on each sensors...some times.

I purchased a mailbox alarm from Amazon US, shipped to Europe. This product DOES NOT work in europe - the app simply blocks me from registering my devices. You should update your shipping rules and avoid sending this to places where you block it from working! Edit: to clarify, I've reached out to their customer support days ago but haven't received any replies.
