The app can search for work by location, company, assignment, and earnings. All you have to do is choose what fits you best, complete the assignment, and get your well-deserved earnings.

All assignments are from trusted companies. They can vary from stocking goods in Magnit and Lenta, issuing purchases in Yandex Market, or assisting at the self-service checkout in Hoff. The list of assignments and companies is updated every month.

You'll see available assignments nearby on the home screen, and even more are available on the in-app map.

💰 How much can I earn?
Yandex Smena users can earn up to ₽4,200 a day. There's also a bonus for the first three assignments and for completing several assignments a week.

The earnings and bonus are shown in advance so you know how much you'll get in the allotted time. Assignments typically last 4–12 hours.

💸 How fast are payouts?
Money is sent directly to your card within 72 hours. The only time you need to enter your card information is when you first register in the app.

🚀 What do I need to get started?
All you need is to be at least 18, a valid passport, and be ready to work. You can even start without being registered as self-employed.

Sometimes you also need a medical record booklet to work in grocery stores. However, it's not required for all assignments.
