Overall a good app that works well, however since the most recent update, I have noticed that the bottom part of the stamp card on the app home is partly covered by the pull up banner which shows exclusive treats, which is a bit annoying when checking how many stamps you have. Once this issue has been fixed I will give a higher rating.

After each update, on first open this app just sits with a black screen 😔 after several attempts, and a long wait, it does eventually open. Once that's done, it's fine and opens quickly. Collecting stamps is easy. Sometimes the staff forget to add the extra stamp for "own cup" - getting the extra stamp is really nice!

last year the voucher I'd been sent didn't show in App. you resolved that issue. then 6 months later,April, I tried to use it. but voucher had vanished. I really don't have time to go through all that again! I'm sure this is what you rely upon - people not chasing things up and keeping money in your pocket. otherwise there would be a failsafe system to return gifts to sender.
