It's got diffrent sounds to listen to that help you relax and zen out. There's a timer for the durations of your meditation or yoga or general what-haves. It plays in the background well also. Like it's running right now and I can hear a tranquil brook babbling as I write my review. My one and only complaint is you can't add your own pictures. But the pictures that comes with it are lovely. A must download!!
