Fun so far on day two and it's really motivating, it's a little weird using my nose as opposed to chest to touch to ground to count reps but keeps it fun I suppose.
This workout app make every workout fun and easy. I would of gave it five stars if this app had more features.
It mixes up my training record with my how many ive done in a row record
It doesn't tailor your plan to what you can already do, which is surely the main point of these apps, otherwise it's just a list of unsuitable daily plans. It's also way to easy to accidentally complete a set
Sorry But you have to go way too low to the ground. For that its pointless
