In recent weeks, enquiries haven't delivered to agents (despite confirmation emails from Zoopla suggesting they have). I would receive no responses, and when contacting the EAs directly they would advise they hadnt received anything from Zoopla. They have looked into this and advised it's due to a security measure blocking the messages due to an overseas IP address being used, so be aware that this can happen with a VPN, even if an email confirmation suggests it has sent successfully.

What the hell is going on with this app? For the last week or so the app constantly keeps telling me "Search results can't be loaded at the moment", no matter what I search for. This is completely unacceptable! Please fix this immediately! Update: As of 17th September, this is still happening. It's been months now. And to top it off, it's logged me out and won't let me log back in
