Hi, I used key rent a car and I cam from UAE to ksa in business visit. I took a rent a car from key rental. The car and service is good, but I feel bad on the deposit payment matter. It is very hard to get back the deposit amount from KEY rent a car. First time I received amount after lot of follow up. 2nd time again took car from same rental, but still amount not revived to my UAE bank, returned car in 8th Feb 2023. Today 15. April 2023. Not revived money, my phone call from UaE and time waste

App has lot of issues while booking

I made a booking from the app, my booking was canceled by representative and not received any refund. When I talked to the customer service, no response...rude behavior... Very bad experience by booking online... Not recommended
