PRE-ORDER MEDICINES

The LINDA app from your LINDA pharmacy has stood for service quality and convenience since 2018.
It combines competent on-site advice with the advantages of digital pre-ordering options – with a special focus on acute local care.

PRECIATION MEDICINES

You can redeem your e-prescription directly at your LINDA pharmacy using your smartphone. To do so, use the "Redeem e-prescription" menu item in your LINDA app, which will take you to the app of our partner gesund.de. During the redemption process, simply hold your health insurance card (eGK) against your smartphone, and you can pick up your prescribed medication from the LINDA pharmacy or have it delivered by courier.*

You can also scan the QR code on the accompanying printout of your e-prescription under the menu item "Pre-order now > Scan e-prescription printout." You will receive the accompanying printout from your doctor.
Using the "Photograph Prescription" function, you can photograph your paper prescriptions (private prescriptions, prescriptions for care aids, green prescriptions, etc.) and transmit your medication requirements to your LINDA pharmacy.

NON-PRECIATION MEDICINES AND PHARMACY PRODUCTS

You can pre-order these:
> Via the product search (product name or pharmaceutical central number = PZN)
> Scan the product's EAN code
> Photograph paper prescriptions (e.g., green prescriptions)
> By texting the pharmacy

As a PAYBACK customer, you collect PAYBACK °points for over-the-counter products, if offered by your pharmacy.**

EMERGENCY SERVICE

Since August 2025, the LINDA app has included a pharmacy emergency service finder. In very rare cases, last-minute changes to emergency services may occur that can no longer be accommodated. To be on the safe side, please call the pharmacy providing the emergency service before you set off.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. Please note that not all LINDA pharmacies offer this app service. Each pharmacy belonging to the "LINDA Pharmacies" umbrella brand decides this individually. Therefore, you may not be able to find your LINDA pharmacy via the search function. The same applies to the option to redeem e-prescriptions via gesund.de: If your pharmacy does not offer this service, the "Redeem e-prescription" button will not be displayed.
2. Our focus is on the pre-order option for routine medications as well as the immediate supply of prescription and over-the-counter medications and standard pharmacy products. This is linked to a pre-order system and therefore does not constitute a legally binding purchase. The actual purchase only takes place in the pharmacy or when the pre-ordered products are handed over by a courier. Therefore, the display of prices for over-the-counter products, as is the case with binding online purchases in web shops, is not provided in our app.

* Products pre-ordered by 12 p.m. are generally ready for pickup/delivery from 4 p.m. Please note your pharmacy's opening hours. These are subject to the wholesaler's availability. Exceptions are medicines that must be manufactured in the pharmacy or for which individual clarification is required, e.g., consultation with the health insurance company. In such cases, the pharmacy will contact you by phone. Information about delivery services is available from the respective pharmacy. You can recognize pharmacies offering delivery services by the corresponding symbol.
**You will receive PAYBACK points for purchases of over-the-counter and pharmacy-only, non-prescription medicines, as well as supplementary items typically sold in pharmacies. PAYBACK does not receive any information about the products you purchase in the pharmacy.
