I really enjoy using the app and having so much help from the support team. There are minor things e.g. the log in issue (it takes ages to login and sometimes it failes to do so) etc, but all in all a great option for getting help losing weight

Prinzip und Service sind ziemlich gut (daher 2 Sterne), aber die App ist eine Katastrophe! Besonders für eine zahlungspflichtige (danke Krankenkasse) App ist es inakzeptabel, dass: -sie die Authentifizierung seit Mai nicht auf die Kette kriegen (beim Verlassen der App Login-Daten immer angefragt, keine biometrische Daten) -die Google fit Synchronisierung miserabel ist (keine Aktivität, kein Gewicht, manchmal Schritte) -schlechteste Lebensmittel Suche jemals -Lebensmittel Datenbank sehr begrenzt

Katastrophal. Interface ist kompliziert, langsam und viel zu präzise wenn man Leuten, die offensichtlich Schwierigkeiten haben ihre Nahrungsaufnahme zu messen, nach genauen Marken und Grammengen fragt von z.B. einer Gurke! Andere Apps schaffen das mit visuellen Hilfsmitteln oder 1/2 Gemüsestücken. Ihr seid sehr enttäuschend am Ziel vorbei. Und dem Support habe ich das schon 3 Mal geschrieben ohne sinnvolle Hilfestellung.
